Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made through Airbnb or our authorised platforms.
• Full payment is required as per Airbnb's payment policy.
• Rates may vary depending on season, demand and active promotions.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: After 3:00 PM.
• Check-out time: Before 12:00 PM.
• Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must provide truthful and accurate booking information.
• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight in the unit.
• Parties, loud music and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
• Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the property throughout their stay.

Property Rules

• No smoking inside the unit.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Guests must dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness standards.
• All in-unit amenities must be used in accordance with the provided operational guidance.

Security & Damages

• Guests bear full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
• A penalty or replacement cost will be charged for lost access cards or keys.
• CCTV cameras monitor common areas exclusively for security purposes.

Liability

iConnect Network Sdn Bhd assumes no responsibility for guest injuries, illnesses, accidents or missing personal belongings during your stay. We strongly recommend that all guests obtain travel insurance prior to arrival.

Cancellation & Refund

• Refund eligibility is subject to Airbnb's cancellation policy at the time of booking.
• No-shows or absent reservations forfeit the full payment amount.

Agreement

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all of the terms and conditions stated above. iConnect Network reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
